Cosby juror: I was convinced by comedy icon's deposition

Bill Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault during his retrial but has yet to receive his sentence.

Harrison Snyder, in an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America" that aired Monday, said he believed Constand's claim that Cosby assaulted her in 2004 at his home in a Philadelphia suburb. However the 22-year-old says Cosby's deposition - wherein he admitted giving girls medicine to have intercourse with them - was the proof that made him imagine he was responsible.

Cosby was convicted of three counts of indecent sexual assault last week, but remains on house arrest after Judge O'Neill ruled that he did not need to be jailed while he was awaiting his sentencing, citing Cosby's advanced age and his previous cooperation with all court orders.

NBC's "At this time" present stated Monday the Cosby jury issued an announcement saying its choice was not influenced in any approach by elements aside from what was seen and heard within the courtroom.

Constand said Cosby gave her pills to relax while they were alone once at her Elkins Park, Pa., home.

Rather than putting great weight on the several other women who took the stand who have accused Cosby of assault, Snyder said it was Cosby's own admission of providing drugs that convinced him to reach a guilty verdict.

With this conviction, the 80-year-old comedian now faces a statutory maximum of 30 years in prison and is expected to be sentenced within 90 days following a pre-sentence investigation.

Snyder's sentiments on Cosby's deposition echoed similar statements from some jurors in the entertainer's first trial, which ended in a mistrial and hung jury in June.

'Certainly Mr. Cosby would be fine, ' she said.

He said the #MeToo movement wasn't a factor in his decision. "I didn't even know what he was on trial for".

"I felt like this verdict could dictate something more", Feden said. "Not when they want me to say that I'm a sex offender".

The additional accusers allowed prosecutors to uncloak the man once revered as America's Dad as a manipulative predator who used his built-in trust to trick women into taking powerful intoxicants so he could violate them.

TMZ reports the Pennsylvania Dept. of Corrections provides a wide range of services for inmates with special needs, including those who are blind and need a wheelchair like Cosby.

"I hope Bill Cosby rots in prison", Dickinson told DailyMailTV.

"Look, guys, let's keep this in perspective", she said in a press conference held at Planned Parenthood's NY offices.
