Elder Dragons Trailer Revealed For Monster Hunter

The steel dragon Kushala Daora is a beast with a body covered in metal plates and has the power to keep hunters at bay by generating wind storms around itself. You can try out a new beta test between January 19 and January 22.

In addition to the limited-edition controller, Capcom has announced a pair of Monster Hunter World PS4 bundles, which will likewise launch alongside the game later this month. All PS4 owners are invited to try the game from January 18, through to January 22. The final beta will include the previously released Great Jagras, Anjanath and Barroth quests, as well as a battle against Nergigante. The experience mirrors that of the game, where players hunt giant and ferocious creatures before carving them up to create their armour gear or cook their findings on a BBQ to restore their health. The first DLC monster will be the Deviljho, which will come to the game as a free title update. Not only do we get to see a bunch of different monsters on display, but we also get to see a ton of different weapons in use as well.

The press release also details the Dodogama, which is a wyvern that eats rocks and has saliva that can cause the rocks to become explosive.

We're quickly closing in on the release date for Monster Hunter: World, but before that arrives, Capcom has one final beta test it wants to host. The fearsome beasts have even taken over the latest Monster Hunter: World trailer, because their presence must be made known.
