The suspect's name is Radee Labeeb Prince and he is 37 years old, sheriff's officials said.

During a press conference, the Harford County Sheriff said that three people died at the scene and two were taken to the hospital in critical condition. The sheriff's office said they believed Prince was associated with Advanced Granite Solutions though they could not confirm his exact relationship with the business.

"We do not believe there's an immediate threat to the community - we do believe that this was targeted, with the qualifier that there is an armed and risky suspect out there", Gahler said.

"We have lost three lives so far this morning in Harford County", Gahler said, adding that it wasn't a random shooting.

The suspect and the victims were all associated with Advanced Granite Solutions at the Emmorton Business Park in Edgewood.

A manhunt is underway for the 37-year-old Prince, who is considered armed and risky.

A police chief says the Maryland office park gunman had "beefs" with a man in Wilmington, Delaware, and shot him twice. He says Prince opened fire with a handgun and police are looking for him. He didn't hear sounds of gunshots, he said.

Prince is believed to have been driving a 2000 black Acadia, with a DE license plate.

Multiple businesses in the area were reportedly placed on lockdown, which was later lifted. If you have information on his whereabouts, call 911 immediately.

Police in Wilmington, Delaware, about 30 miles northeast of Edgewood, said in a statement that Prince was also being sought in connection with a shooting there about two hours later.

He did not explain Prince's exact association with the business.

"There's an individual out there on the loose who committed one of the most heinous acts we've ever seen in our county", Davis said.
