Delhi police arrested a security manager of a five-star hotel in Delhi's Aerocity after a CCTV footage from last month went viral on Friday, showing the man pulling a colleague's saree and dragging her to him.

The entire shocking incident was caught on CCTV of the hotel located in Aerocity.

A woman working for a 5-star hotel in Delhi has been fired after she filed a police complaint against the hotel's security manager who tried to take off her saree. She added that she left the hotel on foot, while the accused followed her in his Etios auto, rolled down the window and grabbed her by the hand, insisting that she sit inside his vehicle."I somehow managed to free myself and got to Delhi Aerocity Metro station, where I called up m".

"Moreover, the hotel sacked me for exposing the manager and also a colleague who had come to my rescue", she said.

As of now, the accused is not arrested and when asked about this, a police officer was quoted saying, "A case of molestation has been registered and legal action is being taken". The accused, Pawan Dahiya, was arrested on Friday and later released on bail after he deposited a security amount of Rs 25,000.

The incident took place two weeks ago and was captured on the CCTV.

"Showed footage to my ma'am but she said only a warning letter will be given to him, he will then get you terminated", said the victim. A hotel staff member who was inside the room with us, left the room seeing him molesting me. "He wished her and asked her to buy herself a gift, giving her his credit card", said Bhatia.

Meanwhile, the hotel has also suspended the accused security manager. She had also told the police that she had lodged a complaint with the HR department of the hotel but was sacked. "He tried to pull me inside his vehicle and drove along as I walked towards Metro station", she added. "Further probe into the matter is on", said Pathak, Special Commissioner of Police (Operations).

The woman, who was molested two weeks ago, also said she was harassed by the manager who tried to pull her inside he vehicle.
