Weeks later, USA Today reports that while the investigation against Thicke is still ongoing, a judge has not only restricted the singer's visits to monitored ones, but he's also granted Patton a restraining order against Thicke. "It is my belief that Paula holds residual anger toward me because I and my family would not permit her or her family to attend the funeral of my father on December 20, 2016", the singer alleged in his response.

The publication obtained the documents of Patton's request for the restraining order.

After experiencing only more infidelity, including Robin throwing "a manicure and pedicure party for six naked women in our family home", Paula had enough and they agreed to split for good. Robin is now not allowed near his son Julian for the time being, based on a judge's ruling. The two co-parented and cooperated with court decisions until earlier this month when Patton became concerned of Robin's drug use and drinking and noted that he disciplines Julian too hard.

According to a declaration the Warcraft star filed during her custody battle with Robin over their son Julian, she stormed out of the hotel room and wandered the streets of NY in tears.

That same year, Patton also claims that Thicke punched her while they were at the Cannes Film Festival.

An investigation by the Department of Community and Family Services is now underway and was launched after Patton accused Thicke of physically abusing Julian. Patton also claims to have suffered abusive treatment due to Thicke's infidelity and his substance abuse.

However, Patton's declaration goes on to say, in 2009, "our entertainment manager quit, citing Robin's drug abuse as the sole reason for his termination of our representation".

Including instances when the singer "kicked, pushed and hit a petitioner with an open fist".

The 41-year-old actress was given sole legal and physical custody of Julian until the next hearing scheduled for 24 February (17), with supervised visitation granted for Robin three days a week at a neutral location. TMZ also revealed that the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is investigating Patton for emotional abuse.
