Microsoft's Surface Phone To Release In 2017

Microsoft had launched its first Surface Book device in October a year ago.

Meanwhile, it can be observed that a price slash was offered for Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and 4 by Amazon and eBay, and these figures are said to be huge enough that some have concluded that this could be a prelude to the introduction of the Surface Pro 5 variant. They did not talk about it during the entire Build 2016 event, and while a date of release has not been given to the Surface Phone, it can be expected that it will release early next year, and Microsoft is likely to drop a few hints moving forward this year.

With the impressive rumored specs of Microsoft Surface Pro 5, its users would reportedly enjoy the experience of playing videos fast and at 4K resolution.

That chip will not be ready before the end of 2016 though.

Last year's Surface Book features a 13.5-inch display that supports 2000 x 3000 pixels resolution.

To recall, the Surface Pro 4 is available in different configurations. The device is expected to come out with a starting price of $899, with an Intel Core i7 model to cost $999, and an i7 Extreme version to cost $1,599, according to CNET. Moreover, it will have a type C USB port and, of course, the latest trend in technology, a fingerprint scanner.

As Microsoft is yet to confirm Surface Pro 5 specifications, we would advise you to take the unconfirmed reports with a pinch of salt. Now, here's what is currently known about Microsoft Pro 5 and Surface Book 2 release date, specs and rumors.

The infamous "sleep of death" bug on the Surface Book still exists these days, blocking the laptop from waking from sleep despite the several patches that Microsoft has released specifically to tackle this problem. Both the Surface Pro 3 and the cheaper Surface 3 have been getting fairly good reviews as well as consistently selling well.

We will update you on all fronts regarding the upcoming hybrid, so let us see what the month of June holds in store for us.
